Yeah, now that I’ve been standing for about two and a half months, I can’t imagine going back. Just make sure you’ve got some nice cushioning for the feet: a good pair of shoes, and probably an anti-fatigue mat would be a good thing as well. I still need to find a mat, myself!

You say “they’re big and slow enough that you can keep an eye on them”. That’s a bit optimistic. Last time I got bitten by a spider – small and non poisonous – I was sleeping and I still had a painful swelling on my hand for a few days. A bird eating spider THAT size has got to be dangerous… I’m keeping well away from Jacksonville…

There are so many people who can relate to you. It seems as though 24 hours is not enough for one day. I don’t know if there is an effective time management plan for busy people out there.

In my opinion, you can somehow adjust your time if you do the same thing regularly.

Oh the cartoon from ? I got it from Wikipedia. Funny thing is, it seems to be only hosted on the Japanese Wikipedia these days - it has vanished from the English-language version of the articles.

You’re absolutely right, John…we’re on an intellectual decline…AND it is getting worse. I hardly watch any TV anymore because the programs are soooo bad.

What does this say about our society? Are we really only a bunch of morons who can’t think for themselves. Well, I decided to boycott TV programs that don’t have a real message, and are just using ‘air’ space by being random.

Sorry, guys, if I’ve come across a bit harsh…

I’ve never heard of Hedge Schools but I’ve seen a lot of murals around my city. Recently they’re fading away but I’m pretty sure they’re replaced with another mural one of these days.

I’m all for cutting costs, but can we look at from another perspective? What about all of doctors who spent a fortune on medical school and then have to pay it all back? Where does that leave them?
